We have received a copy of the “Review of Hong Kong’s Wild Animal and Plant Protection Laws” that we wish to bring to all members for discussion. A copy will be send to you via email for viewing. It is a matter of urgency. A Special Council Meeting is called on short notice on 22nd September 2013 at 3:00pm in HKLS office to discuss our plan of action. We would like you to attend and to hear your opinion.
