Those who fails to renew your membership before 19th May,2013, you will need to pay additional HK$200.00 initial membership fee again with Year 2013-14 membership HK$150.00, Thank You

2/ Cross cheque payable to “Hong Kong Lepidopterists’ Society Limited” mail to our Tuen Mun Address, pls write down your name and 2013-14 Membership fee when you sent the cheque
3/Account payable to “Hong Kong Lepidopterists’ Society Limited ” ” Shanghai Commercial Bank A/C no. : 328‐82‐40405‐5″, pls sent back the pay-in slip by mail to our Tuen Mun address and pls write down your name and 2013-14 Membership fee.
4/ Pay to James if you join Annual Dinner on May 19,2013溫馨提示
尚未續會的會員，請於5月19日前續會，會員如因特殊理由未能依期續會，煩請以書面通知James( butterflynut56@gmail.com) 謝謝 ! 已續會的會員則無需理會此通告，謝謝!
續會費可以以下方式繳交:-
1.續會費為港幣150元
2 以劃線支票台頭寫上“香港鱗翅目學會有限公司” “Hong Kong Lepidopterists’ Society Limited” 寄往本會地址，請註明繳交續會費及寫上會員姓名。
3.以現金或轉帳存入本會銀行戶口 香港上海商業銀行Shanghai Commercial Bank A/C no. : 328‐82‐40405‐5. 請將銀行收據寄往本會地址，請註明繳交續會費及寫上會員姓名。
4.以現金於5月19日週年聚餐日當日繳交
會員如果於2013年5月19日限期前未繳交續會費，本會將會以該會員自動放棄會籍論，會員日後再入會須重新繳交入會費港幣200元及該年度會費港幣150元。
