The 2015 AGM was duly convened at 2:30 pm on 25th April 2015 at HKLS office today. The following persons were elected as Councils for 2015 – 2016:
年度會員週年大會已於2015年4月25日下午2:30 在香港鱗翅目學會會址正式召開, 並順利通過各項決議案。2015-16 年度理事會成員如下:

Two special resolutions to prohibit giving any allowance or remuneration to any member of the Society, and to set the number of members of the Council not less than 5% of the total number of life members and or not less than four, of which all Councils must be life time members were also passed with majority over 84% and 95% respectively.
兩項特別的決議案:
“禁止提供任何形式的津貼或報酬予本會任何會員” 及 “理事會成員人數在該財政年度內不得少於終身會員總人數的百分之五和或不低於四位，理事會成員必須為本會終身會員” 分别以超過84 ％和95 ％的贊成票獲得正式通過 。
It is time to do the stocktake of our books for our financial year end and fumigation of all our specimens boxes. If any members are free on 31st March 2015 and would like to assist, please inform your Secretary Ms. Wu in this regard.

We are glad to support the Energy Saving Charter on Indoor Temperature 2015 to be launched by the Government for this coming summer.
We pledge to adhere and maintain our office average temperature not to go down below 24ºC in the coming months from June to September on using our air conditioners.

The term of Councils for the year 2014 – 2015 almost comes to an end.
The following Life members have offered themselves to become the Councils for HKLS in the coming 2015 Annual General Meeting, to be held tentatively at 2:30pm on 25th April 2015 HKLS office. The AGM notice will be duly delivered to all members in due course.

The financial year for 2014-15 has almost come to an end and it is time to nominate our new councils for 2015-16 at the coming AGM, some time in April.
Any member (informally must be a life member) who is interested to work as Council, please write to Ms. Jojo Ng, our secretary at jojonghkls@gmail.com. Please also give her the person who seconds as well by 15th February, 2015, the last day for registration.
DO note that all works by members including Councils are done on a free voluntary basis for HKLS. No payment or in lieu will be paid by HKLS.
The minimum number of councils for HKLS is six.

The 1st volume was published on 22nd December 2014 with five families namely Zygaenidae, Sphingidae, Bombycidae, Eupterotidae and Saturniidae. It has 64 pages, soft bound with listed price for HK$75. It sold at a discount for HK$60 at the Fanling Show.
To our patrons, we have started to work on volume Two and probably volume Three to be made available for the coming 2015 Hong Kong Book Fair. The 2nd Volume will include the following families: Callidulidae, Erebidae, Lacturidae, Limacodidae, Phaudidae and Uraniidae.
卷一圖鑑已於2014年12月22日出版， 書中包含斑蛾科、 天蛾科、 蠶蛾科、帶蛾科和王蛾科共五科的蛾類。全書合共六十四頁，平裝定價HK$75 並以優惠價HK$60 在2014北區花鳥蟲魚展發售。
為了答謝大家的支持，我們已著手於卷二的出版工作，並期望卷三能在2015的書展前出版。圖鑑卷二將包括以下六科蛾類：錨紋蛾科、 裳蛾科、 擬斑蛾科、刺蛾科、榕蛾科及 燕蛾科。
